Although I am based in Quesnel, I offer mobile training sessions that include ATV safety certification and snowmobile safety training. Classes will be conducted in a space suitable for the group size, with a maximum of 8 students. This rider safety training is specifically designed to prepare participants for their off-road adventures, including comprehensive UTV training courses.
The Canada Safety Council offers ATV safety certification through its comprehensive ATV and UTV training courses, which remain valid for 3 years. Additionally, the British Columbia Snowmobile SledSafe Industrial Operator Course provides essential snowmobile safety training, certifying individuals for 2 years.
In many cases, after completing your ATV safety certification, UTV training courses, or snowmobile safety training, you may find that you qualify for a discounted insurance rate.

If you operate an ORV (off-road vehicle) on or across highways, you're required to obtain ICBC’s Basic Insurance. For those using an ORV on forest service roads, you'll need $200,000 in third-party liability insurance, which can be acquired from ICBC or other insurers. While liability insurance is voluntary for all other Crown land, it is strongly recommended, particularly for individuals participating in programs like ATV safety certification, snowmobile safety training, and UTV training courses.

To participate in the ATV safety certification course, a DOT certified helmet in good working condition is required. Additionally, you will need to wear appropriate clothing and be prepared for any weather conditions. It's advisable to bring bug spray and sunscreen for your comfort. You are responsible for your meals and drinks (absolutely no alcohol). If you have any medical conditions, please inform us prior to the ATV safety certification course to ensure your safety during the snowmobile safety training and UTV training courses.

Gain real-world experiences through a passionate, knowledgeable, and safety-driven mindset, supported by the Canada Safety Council's rider safety training and the British Columbia Snowmobile Federation's SledSafe program. These programs, including ATV safety certification and snowmobile safety training, can help reduce workplace risks while building essential skills, knowledge, and confidence. They also lower your maintenance downtime and contribute to creating more efficient employees. Additionally, consider enrolling in UTV training courses to further enhance your expertise. Above all else, these initiatives ensure you remain WorkSafeBC compliant.
